Under the MoU, PPSN, one of Thailand’s leading consulting services and construction technique providers, will support BCONS in enhancing the professional skills of its laborers and will contribute to the company’s development.

Under the agreement, the two firms will partner in developing real estate projects invested in by BCONS, including BCONS Suoi Tien and BCONS Mien Dong, in the local market.

Le Nhu Thach, general director of BCONS, said in a statement that the company was in the process of prepping procedures and completing the necessary work to invest in and develop the BCONS Suoi Tien project, located in the Tan Lap Quarter in Binh Duong Province’s Di An Town.

From this year, the company has started following the given procedures and has submitted an application for a license to begin construction on the project. The second project, BCONS Mien Dong, is slated to begin in 2019, Thach added.

At the signing ceremony, BCONS also signed cooperation agreements with SaoViet Real Estate Service Co. and Gia Phuc Real Estate Co. The two companies will be BCONS’s partners in apartment development and distribution projects in the next few years.
